Style Guide

  • Coordinate, don't copy. Pick two or three colors that work for everyone, and work those colors into each outfit in varying degrees. Don't be afraid to mix in a pattern as long as the colors coordinate. The location and time of year should guide wardrobe choices.
  • Shoes! they're just as important, but sometimes no shoes is the best way to go
  • Texture - add more interesting layers to your photos. A lace dress, jewelry or a textured blanket
  • No logo wording! or characters on shirts, they are very distracting and can often ruin a photo. Simple dresses, button downs, baby rompers, long flowy skirts are options you can never go wrong with.
  • Earth tones are my go-to. They're flattering for everyone + flow seamlessly within my editing style, of course you may choose an outfit outside of this palette but I cannot promise they will look like the photos shown in my portfolio
